Shipping Policy

Shipping Times Are Estimates Only: The delivery date provided is an estimate and not guaranteed. Your package may arrive earlier or later due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, or logistical issues. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to influence the carrier’s timeline.Most orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We currently ship only within the United States, to states where THC-A and hemp-derived products are legal.

3. Age Verification

You must be 21+ to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement. We may use third-party verification services to confirm age and identity.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws, we do not ship to certain states or regions where hemp-derived THC-A products are prohibited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your area before placing an order.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO THESE STATES

Alaska, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington.

5. Delays & Issues

Hazy Mary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over transit times.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds unless valid proof is provided.
