Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements or refunds are only issued upon verification and valid proof of damage or loss.

We currently ship only within the United States, to states where THC-A and hemp-derived products are legal.
