3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Hazy Mary is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid theft.
4. Order Issues
If you received the wrong product or are missing an item, email us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
5. No Refunds for Personal Preference
